Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip is an incredibly tasty appetizer and super easy to make in the crock pot!
Ingredients
- 1 14.75 oz jar of artichoke hearts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 package chopped frozen spinach
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Defrost the spinach in the microwave (about 5 minutes)
- Mix all of the other ingredients in the crock pot
- Add hot spinach to crock pot
- Stir well
- Cook on high for 1½-2 hours, or until it warm throughout
- Stir and serve
